In stock (non-personalized) items will normally ship within 3-5 business days of payment. 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. While we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Items returned for exchange or refund must be undamaged and in original packaging. For your protection, Insurance is required for the full value of the item.

You must contact customerservice@avintagewhite.com for a Return Authorization Code and shipping instructions prior to returning any items. Please put "Return Authorization Request" in the email message title bar. This will ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately. Credit will be issued with 7-10 days of return.

Specially Priced Items, Custom Linens, Seasonal Items, Shipping Fees and Insurance are non-refundable.
